Customers in the UK

All our items are shipped via Royal Mail, this includes online tracking for your piece of mind. For orders over £20 we provide free shipping, for anything under £20 shipping cost will be £1.95.

Once your item has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International Customers (Outside of the UK)

At Longr we ship worldwide. Shipping times range from approximately 7-21 business days to arrive but can take longer depending on your location. For more information please contact us.

Online tracking is also included for your piece of mind. Once your item has been sent you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note we are not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Make sure you check with your local government authority prior to purchase. 

Returns & Refunds

At Longr customer satisfaction is our highest priority. That being said we offer a 30 day return and refund policy on all our products. If you're not happy with the product received for any reason all you need to do is let us know via this email address: hello@longrx.co.uk within 30 days of placing your order. Return it back to us and we will provide you with a full refund. Simple as that!
